Your Subscription is based on the plan you selected when signing up and the number of 'tokens' used per month.
The value of a token is equivalent to:
- Sending 100 emails
- Processing one loyalty transaction
- Completing one gift card or prepaid transaction
- Redeeming a voucher
If you exceed your token limit, you can continue to use the software at a marginally increased cost per token. To avoid paying this premium, adjust your plan in your dashboard. Find our overage prices at: leat.com/pricing/overage-costs

Token Usage Alerts
Are you concerned about your token usage or would like to keep a better eye on things? It is possible to set up usage alert e-mails to go to different users in your organisation. These can be set at any % threshold of your monthly token amount to forewarn your business and upgrade before paying overage prices! Follow the steps below to configure a usage alert:
navigate to ‘Settings’ in the top right.
Select ‘Subscription’ from the dropdown menu.
Click the ‘Alerts’ tab and select ‘new alert’
You may then enter the percentage value when your alert will be sent, and select all the users who should receive an email.
