Importance of reCAPTCHA

reCAPTCHA is a crucial tool for protecting your forms from spam, bots, and abusive traffic. It helps verify that the contact submitting the form is human without disrupting their experience. By using reCAPTCHA, you can reduce the risk of fake submissions, phishing attacks, and other malicious activities targeting your site.

Understanding the reCAPTCHA Score

You can set a minimum score threshold for your form between 0 and 1. Submissions must meet or exceed this score to go through. Anything below your chosen threshold will be blocked.

0.0 (very likely a bot)

1.0 (very likely a human)

The recommended value is 0.5, but you can choose and even completely turn it off if you want.

Follow the steps below to adjust the reCAPTCHA settings on your form:

Go to ‘CRM’ and select ‘Forms’ from the dropdown menu.

On the overview page for forms, select the form you want work on and select ‘edit’

Find the ‘settings’ tab at the top, and locate the reCAPTCHA configurations.
