How to start an automation after a specific point threshold
It is possible in the dashboard to start an automation for a customer after they have reached a set amount of points. This is particularly useful for mastering your automated flow and rewarding extra loyal contacts. Let your customers know you care about their extended loyalty!
Set Up the Automation
Go to Automation and click New Automation.
Select Empty Automation.
Choose Contact Updated as the trigger.
Configure the Trigger
Click the Starting Point box.
Add a filter where the contact attribute Total Credits Received is equal to the number of points you want to trigger the automation at.
Add Actions & Activate
Click the + icon to add the actions you would like the automation to perform.
Give the automation a name and review the settings.
If you only want customers to go through the flow once, make sure Re-enrolment is switched off.
Click Activate.
Customers will now be enrolled in the automation once they reach the specified number of credits.
Now, customers will be enrolled in this automation flow once they reach the set number of credits!
