Digital gift cards can be sold online via the loyalty portal of your regular program. This takes place via the contacts portal. Important: To access the contacts portal, you need to be a member of the loyalty program.
Make sure you have configured the following items!
Configure you automated giftcard emails for recipients and buyers.
Make sure your Contacts Portal is configured correctly. When editing the portal, navigate to the Giftcards page from the left-hand menu to configure how gift cards are displayed. Contacts can access and purchase gift cards directly through the dedicated Giftcards page in the portal.
