How to Configure the Contacts Portal (and Web-app)
Accessing the Contacts Portal:
Click on 'Apps' and select ‘contacts portal’ from the dropdown.
Overview and Integrations:
On the ‘business profile’ page, you can see the profile the portal is linked to and on 'payments' any payment integrations that might be added after they have been configured.
Linking Your Own Domain:
Select ‘domains’ on the left-hand side to link your own custom domain or use a Piggy sub-domain.
Press ‘link domain’ in the top right corner and use the DNS records to proceed.
Editing the Portal's Appearance:
Select 'information' on the left-hand side & press the ‘edit contact portal’ button.
On the main page, use the ‘branding & settings’ button in the top right corner to configure logos, colors, fonts, or app icons for your portal.
Editing Portal Pages:
On the left side, you will see the various pages you can edit: ‘login’, ‘register’, ‘home’, and ‘settings’.
On the right side, you can edit the text, images, and data displayed on the various pages.
Automated Emails:
Connect different automated emails on the right editor side, like the ‘login email’ and ‘registration email’.
Registration Attributes:
On the ‘register’ page, choose the various attributes customers need to fill out when signing up through the app.
Loyalty Features on the Home Page:
On the ‘home’ page, select which loyalty features are shown, such as rewards, gift cards, or a referral program.
