The Contact Portal is a web-page (and web-app) where customers can easily log in to check points, view vouchers, and update profile info. It functions as a home page for your loyalty program. Important: The contact portal cannot be linked to the wallet pass!
It is highly recommended to include a linked button in all email communications with a gripping text like “your rewards” or “check deals”. This will make it very easy for customers to access info about the program. If your customers are having trouble finding it, follow the steps below to link your portal to all email communications.
1: Navigate to the email designer under ‘Marketing’ and select email type ‘Automated Emails’ or ‘Campaigns’.
2: In the ‘content’ step of designing your email, navigate to the left side and click on ‘tags’.
3: Search for ‘magic login link’ and select the tag to copy it.
4: Drag and drop a 'button' into your email design.
5: Paste the copied tag into the URL field of the button to create a simple way for users to access the portal.
Using this button, customers will now be automatically logged in to the portal to view info about the program!
