How to configure an Ordermonkey integration

Integrating

1. Go to ‘apps’ and then ‘Integrations’

2. In the left column click on Personal Access Tokens and then select ‘New personal access token ’. Name the token “OrderMonkey”.

3. Click the Create button. The token has now been created. The token will only appear once, so make sure to copy it before closing the pop-up.

4. Send the Personal Access Token to [email protected]

With the integration now configured, rewards and discounts can be applied.

Troubleshooting: Double Transactions with Lightspeed K-Series

If customers are receiving duplicate loyalty transactions, double transactions, or if purchases are being registered twice in Leat, check whether the "Allow users to identify themselves using their email address" setting is enabled in the Lightspeed K-Series integration.

When using the Ordermonkey integration together with Lightspeed K-Series, this setting can cause the same transaction to be processed twice, resulting in duplicate transactions being sent to Leat.

To resolve this issue, go to Apps > Integrations > Lightspeed K-Series > Settings and disable "Allow users to identify themselves using their email address".
