Before You Start
Before installing the integration, request the following information from your me&u point of contact:
Program ID
Venue ID(s)
You will need these details during the setup process.
Install the Integration
Navigate to Apps > Integrations.
Search for me&u.
Click Install.
Configure the Program
Open the General tab.
Enter your Program ID.
Save your changes.
Configure Venues
Open the Venues tab.
Enter the Venue Name.
Enter the corresponding Venue ID.
Select the appropriate Business Profile for the venue.
Save your changes.
Ensure your Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions are available, as me&u may require these as part of the setup or approval process.
Menu Synchronization
For Lightspeed and Toast, menu items are synchronized automatically through the integration, so no manual action is required.
2. For Tevalis, the menu is not synchronized automatically. The complete menu must be imported manually during the setup process.
Configure Rewards
Open the reward you want to configure.
Select the Me&U tab from the left-hand menu.
Enter the Discount Name.
Select the appropriate discount Type.
Complete the settings displayed for the selected discount type.
Click Submit to save the configuration.
Configure Vouchers
The configuration process is the same for both rewards and vouchers.
Open the reward or voucher you want to configure.
Select the Me&U tab from the left-hand menu.
Enter the Discount Name.
Select the appropriate discount Type.
Complete the settings displayed for the selected type.
Click Submit to save the configuration.
