How to configure the Open Retail Solutions integration

Connect your Open Retail Solutions POS with Leat to reward customers with loyalty points, redeem vouchers, and enrich your CRM with in-store transaction data.

Step 1: Install the Open Retail Solutions integration

  1. In Leat, navigate to Apps > Marketplace.

  2. Search for 'Open Retail Solutions'.

  3. Click 'Install'.

Step 2: Configure your cash registers

  1. Click 'Cash register' Tab anc click on 'Create'

  2. Complete the following fields:

    • Register name

    • Terminal ID

    • Location

  3. Click Save.

A Personal Access Token (PAT) will be generated for the register.

Step 3: Complete the integration

Once you have generated the Personal Access Token(s):

  1. Copy the generated Personal Access Token (PAT).

  2. Contact your Open Retail Solutions representative.

  3. Share the PAT so they can complete the configuration on their side.

Once Open Retail Solutions has completed the setup, the integration will be ready to use.
