To correct the point balance of a contact:
Navigate to Contacts
Go to ‘Contacts’ and select ‘Contacts’ from the dropdown menu.
Search for the Contact
Enter the name of the contact into the search bar and select them from the results.
Access Loyalty Transactions
Once on the contact profile, click on ‘Loyalty transaction’.
Adjust the Point Balance
Select the shop to which this applies.
Enter the amount of points you would like to deduct, ensuring to place a minus ‘-’ sign in front.
Complete the Transaction
Click ‘Create’ to complete the negative loyalty transaction.
The point balance of the contact has now been corrected.
