To add a new shop or branch to your account, follow these steps:
Navigate to the settings in the top right-hand corner of your business dashboard.
In settings, choose ‘Profiles’ from the left-hand menu.
Select ‘New profile’ and choose the type of location you’d like to add, then enter a name for it.
Click ‘Create’ to create the shop or branch.
After creation, go to the ‘Address’ tab to configure the address for this location.
This process allows you to seamlessly add and configure new locations within your account.
Note: if your shop profile has any outstanding or existing transactions recorded, the system will not allow you to delete it. But not to worry, as long as your devices or integrations are no longer linked for this shop profile it will not affect your future operations. The older transaction data will simply stay in the dashboard.
