Associated Shops: All the profiles where a contact has recorded transactions or undertaken actions where data is sent to the dashboard.

Anonymous: Do you see a ‘true’ or ‘false’ value assigned to your contact? If this is under the anonymous contact attribute it is simply stating if this contact registered with only a card (and no e-mail).

Total Credits Received: As opposed to a contact’s credit balance, the value of ‘total credits received’ is the total amount of points a contact has collected over their entire lifecycle, and ignores negative point transactions when points are spent on rewards.

Purchase amount: As opposed to a contact’s ‘total credits received’ value, ‘purchase amount’ tracks the monetary value of transactions and ignores extra points added by loyalty rules.

Channel: this value keeps track of how a specific customer is added to the dashboard. There are many options such as Forms, Import, Oauth, Business App, etc.
