How to analyse the performance of Emails

Written by Koen

You can monitor the performance of your email campaigns directly from the campaign dashboard.

First, go to Marketing and select the email campaign you would like to investigate.

Once you open the campaign, you will find two important tabs on the left-hand side:

  • Recipients

  • Statistics

Recipients

The Recipients tab displays information for each contact, including the individual delivery status of their email.

Leat allows you to export campaign recipient data from this page, including detailed delivery metrics and engagement statistics for further analysis. After generating the export report, navigate to Data → Exports in your dashboard to download the file.

The available statuses and their definitions are listed below:

  • Delivered: The email successfully reached the recipient's inbox or spam folder.

  • Bounced: The email could not be delivered due to an invalid email address or a full inbox.

  • Dropped: The email was not sent because of a previous issue, such as an invalid address or spam risk.

  • Deferred: Delivery was temporarily delayed and the system will retry sending the email.

  • Processed: The email was received and queued for delivery.

Statistics

The Statistics tab provides a clear overview of your campaign performance with a refreshed dashboard designed to surface the most important metrics at a glance.

The dashboard includes:
