In your dashboard, you can automate email actions specifically for frequent purchase customers to reward their loyalty and encourage repeat business. These automated emails can include exclusive offers, personalized recommendations, or thank-you messages triggered by their buying patterns. This helps maintain strong customer relationships with minimal manual effort.

How to Create and Automate a Frequent Purchase Email

Designing the Automated Email:

  • Navigate to ‘Marketing’ and then ‘Automated Emails’.

  • Select ‘New Automated Email’.

  • Select a template that you want to use as your starting design.

  • Choose ‘Marketing’ as your email category.

  • Follow the steps to configure and complete your email design, ensuring you finish with the ‘Publish’ step.

Set Up the Automation:

  • After designing your email, click on ‘Automation'.

  • Click on ‘New Automation’.

  • Click on the ‘Thank your loyal contact for their 10th purchase’ template.

  • Enter the value for Number of visits and select the appropriate email.

Configure and Activate the Automation:

  • Review the automation settings and give it a name.

  • Click ‘Activate’ when you are ready to start the automation.
