How to Create and Automate a rewards unlocked Email
Create the rewards unlocked Email:
Navigate to ‘Marketing’ and then ‘Automated Emails’.
Select ‘New Automated Email’.
Select a template that you want to use as your starting design.
Choose ‘Marketing’ as your email category.
Follow the steps to configure and complete your email design, ensuring you finish with the ‘Publish’ step.
Set Up the Automation:
After designing your email, click on ‘Automation'.
Click on ‘New Automation’.
Choose the 'Reward unlocked’ template.
