Automated Email Action When a Tier Is Reached
Set up an automation that triggers an email when a contact reaches a new tier in your dashboard. This ensures customers automatically receive a relevant message or reward perfect for celebrating milestones and strengthening loyalty.
How to send an email when a customer enters a new Tier:
Create a new tier Email:
◦ Navigate to ‘Marketing’ and then ‘Automated Emails’.
◦ Click on ‘New Automated Email’.
◦ Choose ‘Marketing’ as your email category .
◦ Select a template to use as a starting point for your design.
◦ Follow the steps to configure and complete your email design, making sure to finish with the ‘Publish’ step.
Setting Up Automation:
◦ After designing your email, click on ‘Automation' and then ‘New Automation’
◦ Click on ‘Tiers reached’.
◦Select for which tier you want to send the automation email for under the dropdown menu.
Configure Automation: ◦ On the automation page, Click on the "+" icon and add a "Delay"
Click on the "+" icon and then click on "Automated email"
Select the type of mail you want to send out under the drop down box.
Activate Automation: ◦ Review your automation settings and give it a name. (Make sure re-enrolment is switched off!) ◦ Click ‘Activate’ when you are ready to enable the automation.
Now, customers will receive a welcoming email (and any points/deals attached) when entering this tier!
