How to use Tier Milestones

Tier Milestones let you reward contacts as they progress toward their next loyalty tier, rather than only rewarding them when they reach it.

Note: Tier Milestones are currently in Beta and are only available for accounts using the new tier tracks.

Enable Tier Milestones

Before you can create milestones, you'll need to enable the feature.

  1. Go to Settings → General.

  2. Find Tier milestones.

  3. Enable the feature.

Once enabled, open a tier under Loyalty and go to the Milestones tab.

What can you award at a milestone?

A milestone can award:

  • A voucher from one of your promotions

  • Points

  • An email

  • An email together with a voucher or points

Milestone emails can include information about the contact's current tier, next tier, and how far they still have to go.
