Navigate to Store → Giftcards → Cards.
Find and open the gift card you want to block.
Click Block giftcard in the top-right corner.
The gift card will now be held at the register and appear in the Fraudulent cards section.
How to Manage Blocked Gift Cards
Once a gift card has been blocked, you can manage it through the Fraudulent cards section.
From here, you can:
Permanently block the gift card if you have confirmed that it should no longer be used.
Allow the gift card again if you determine that it is safe to use.
Block a Gift Card Using the AI Assistant
You can also ask the Leat AI Assistant to block a gift card directly through the chat.
Simply provide the gift card identifier and ask the assistant to block it.
