You can switch between the front and rear cameras of your device to scan loyalty cards.
Follow the steps below to change the Business App camera position:
Log in to your Business Dashboard
Go to 'Apps' and then Business App
Navigate to Configuration in the left vertical column
You can create a new configuration here by clicking the green Add button
Under General, find the Camera Position feature and set the camera desired to front or back
Tip: Link the desired devices to this configuration. You may prefer a different camera position for another device. In this case, we recommend that you create a new configuration.
Tip: You can also change the Business App camera position on the device itself, by double-clicking on the screen. Please note: that this adjustment is not leading, so in some cases the device switches back to the set position on the Business Dashboard.
