Creating a special configuration for your business app is very helpful if you would like to customise or specialise the flow of loyalty processes via the business app. Using this tool, you can enable a series of functionalities normally not set up in the business app such as:
Maximum value input
Dismiss time
Lock time
Forgot Card
Anonymous Registration
Screen ordering and timing
Which attributes can be adjusted
To create a special configuration or adjust any of the mentioned functionalities, see the instructions below:
Access Business App Configuration:
Click on 'Apps' and select ‘Business app’.
Navigate to Configuration:
In the left menu, choose ‘Configuration’ and click on ‘New configuration’.
Name Your Configuration:
Enter a name for your configuration on the configuration page.
Set Passcode and Dismiss Time:
Optionally, create a passcode for executing loyalty transactions and specify a dismiss time.
Configure Loyalty Settings:
Navigate to the ‘Loyalty’ tab to adjust POS settings such as dismiss time, maximum input amount, and more.
Screen Configuration:
Under ‘Screen’, choose the start screen type and set up the passcode if needed.
Define the order of screens during transactions and specify the maximum return and warning amounts.
End Screen and Lock Time Settings:
Under ‘Loyalty’, Set the end screen dismiss time and specify the lock time for consecutive loyalty transactions under the same account.
Forgot card & Allow Anonymous:
Under ‘Loyalty’, Decide whether to enable features like ‘Forgot card’ and ‘Allow Anonymous register’.
Configure Gift Cards:
Navigate to ‘Gift card’ to set up prefix, opening screen, end screen dismiss time, and maximum amount.
Profile Attributes:
Under ‘Profile’, select the attributes that contacts can input via the business app, such as names and birth dates.
Apply Configuration:
Return to the ‘General’ tab and select the device to which you want to apply this configuration before finalizing.
