You can choose to first enter the amount on the Store App and then scan the card, or vice versa. Here's how to change it:
1. In the Dashboard, go to Management
2. Then click on In-store management
3. Then go to Store App Configuration. Here you can determine the settings of the Piggy Store App on your device(s)
4. If you already have a configuration here, click on it and continue to step 5. If you don't have a configuration here yet, click on Add at the top right
5. Then click on Loyalty. Here you have lots of options, including the choice of Scan first or Amount first
7. Then click Pair and select your device name
8. Then click the Green Checkmark at the top right to save
The device name can be found in the settings of the Piggy Business app. To do this, press the three stripes at the top left (mobile) or the Piggy logo (tablet) in the Business App. Then go to Settings and here you will find the device name of the relevant device.
