The wallet pass or digital loyalty card is a personalised QR code that customers can add to their Google or Apple wallet. This can be added to a customers phone in the success page, after submission of a Form. A button can also be included at the bottom of email designs.

To configure your wallet pass, select 'Apps' and select ‘Wallet pass’ and select ‘Loyalty Pass’.

From here, click on ‘Edit Wallet Pass’.

You can now see all editable fields on the right hand side. It is also possible to add and configure a push notification when these fields are updated, but only for Apple devices.

To edit the fields of the wallet pass, simply click on them.

To edit the styling of your wallet pass, click on ‘Styling’ in the top right corner. Here, you can edit the color, icon, and cover image.

To edit the content of your wallet pass, click on the field you want to edit and ‘Label’ on the right side. You can change these labels as well as the values, which reflect your contact attributes such as credit balance or tier. You can also configure a notification here.

If a contact is near the address of a location (found under the 'profile' settings), the wallet pass will use geolocation and geofencing to send their device a notification. This can be enabled/disabled by the customer in the Apple/Google wallet settings of their device.

To see the wallet pass in Apple/Google form, simply use the toggle visible above the wallet pass.
