To create a new form, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Forms

    • Go to ‘CRM’ and select ‘Forms’ from the dropdown menu.

  2. Create a New Form

    • On the overview page for forms, select ‘New form’.

  3. Choose Form Type

    • You can now choose a pre-set or start from scratch.

    • Choose either a public or private form. Private forms require a second step of verification.

  4. Edit the Form

    • On the edit page for the form, configure the attributes using the right-hand menu.

    • Configure the design by selecting ‘Styling’ from the top menu.

  5. Add Content

    • To add content such as images, drag the blocks from the right side into your form.

    • Select the image you’d like to use, as well as its alignment, dimensions, and corner rounding.

  6. Add Contact Attributes

    • Beneath the content blocks on the right side, drag and drop contact attributes such as names, birth dates, or emails. Email is always required for a sign-up form.

    • Simply drag these attributes into the form to include them.

  7. Edit Attributes or Blocks

    • Click on any block to configure placeholder values, whether it is a default value, whether or not it is a hidden value and more.

    • A default value coupled with a hidden value with is very useful for segmentation of customers upon sign up.

  8. Configure the Success Page

    • Once the main form is configured, navigate to the ‘Success’ page of the form (on the left-hand side).

    • Add an ‘Add to wallet’ button for a sign-up to allow customers to add their wallet pass to their mobile wallets. Adjust the sizing and configuration of these buttons.

  9. Form Settings

    • To configure the settings of a specific form, locate the ‘settings’ tab at the top.

    • Configure options such as whether the form can overwrite or create contacts, if it requires approval, and whether or not it is active.

  10. Access Form Link and QR Code

    • On the overview page, find the link to the form and the QR code.

    • Click ‘Copy’ next to the form URL or ‘Download QR code’ respectively.

    • Make sure to incorporate your sign-up flow into your regular marketing campaigns for maximum effect. See here!
