1. To set up a referral program, navigate to ‘Loyalty’ and then to ‘Referrals’.
2. On the Left tab of the screen, click on 'Incentives'
3. Here you can also choose an incentive for both the referred and the referee.
4. Click on 'Edit' and click on the drop-down under types, where you can choose from 3 different features, including credits, prepaid, and vouchers.
5. Under the tab ‘Rules’ you can decide what will trigger your referral incentive and limit the amount of referrals per contact.
A referral can be triggered either upon sign-up or after the first transaction.
Referrals are completed through the widget or the contacts portal. A block can be added in the editor where contacts can find a link to share with friends.
