How to set up an Orderbilly integration

Everything you need in our dashboard to use the Orderbilly integration

Disclaimer: This integration currently supports rewards and vouchers. Support for gift cards and prepaid balances is not yet available, but may be added in the future.

Integrating

  1. Go to ‘apps’ and then ‘Integrations’

  2. Go to the "Marketplace" and search for the Orderbilly integration.

  3. Click Install and follow the installation flow.

  4. Under the 'Auth tab' Click on "Create'

5. Copy the Personal access token and store it in a secure location.

Configuring promotions and benefits

Once active, you will find the configuration options for each individual reward or voucher after selecting it and then navigating to the ‘custom attributes’ tab. This is where you can set up the logic that will be applied on the actual order.

These are the configuration options:

orderbilly_reward_type (input: Product or Discount)

orderbilly_reward_products (Input: Choose menu products that are eligible for this reward)

orderbilly_discount_type (Input: Input is Percentage or Monetary)

orderbilly_discount_amount (Input: Numeric value of the discount)

example: inputting 10 here will give you 10% or 10 of your currency

Let Contacts directly sign in from your emails

To optimize the ordering flow for loyalty contacts coming directly from a Leat Email, you can add a session token to the CTA link in your email campaigns.

To enable this, add your contact session token tag to the link pointing to your orderBilly venue.

Example:

If the merge tag is not available, enable the Contact Session Token feature in your Leat account settings under the Features tab. Link
