Any customers specific profile can be found and viewed in the Dashboard. By proceeding to ‘CRM’ and then ‘Contacts’ and searching their email, you can click any contact in the list to view their data.
This is very helpful for changing important information and accessing their recent activity across all you platforms integrated with the Dashboard.
You can also change profile information by following these steps:
Once you have selected a specific contact, locate the ‘profile’ tab on the left
press the ‘edit’ button in the top right corner
adjust or input the data you want to change and make sure to press ‘submit’ in the top right when you are finished
Important: The process to change a contact’s email address is different. You need to follow the steps on how to merge a contact.
You can also find the ‘activity’ tab once you selected a specific contact. Here you can find lots of important information under 5 tabs, namely:
‘Loyalty Transactions’ Transaction history (points increase or decrease & rewards)
‘Marketing’ communications history with this contact
‘Form Submissions’
‘Vouchers’
‘Prepaid transactions’
