To create a once-off of deal or voucher for a specific contact, first find the voucher or promotion you want to use under ‘Loyalty’ and then ‘Promotions & Vouchers’.
Click on the deal you want to use, then locate the ‘vouchers’ tab on the left hand side and find the button in the top left to create a chosen number of new voucher codes.
Click on the ‘Actions’ button to link the voucher code to a contact. Here you can enter the e-mail of the desired contact and they will be assigned a one-time code in the system for the deal.
