First navigate to ‘Loyalty’ and select ‘Promotions & Vouchers’ from the dropdown.
Select the promotion you would like to investigate.
Locate the ‘Vouchers’ tab on the left hand side and you will arrive at an overview of all the current vouchers and their statuses.
Here, you may enter the voucher code if you have it. You can also use the filters button to search via contact or status itself.
