What rewards should I offer to start with?

To start, offer at least 3 to 5 rewards. With at least one reward being relatively easy to earn.

Should I reward customers for signing up?

To get customers familiar with your loyalty, we recommend giving them loyalty credits.

What should be the basis for my loyalty program?

Keep it simple. How much money spent equals 1 loyalty credit?

We find that customers appreciate the simplicity of the 1-to-1 rule.

Do you have reward suggestions?

A first reward should be something a customer can achieve quickly. And be in a good spot for your margins.

A set-up that isn’t uncommon
- 50 Points: Free Drink
- 100 Points: Small Snack
- 175 Points: Small Starter
- 300 Points: Food Item
- 450 Points: Big food item

Can I name my loyalty program and customize the name for loyalty credits(or points)?

In your dashboard, you can change the name of your loyalty program and rename “credits” to anything you’d like.

Can I change my loyalty rules later?

You can change your loyalty rules & earning rules at any point in time.

You can also de-activate rewards, or make rewards require more credits at any given time.

What other ways can I engage customers?

You can consider retention campaigns, bringing back inactive customers. Create e-mail campaigns for special events you're organising to draw customers to visit. Or even create Happy Hour loyalty rules, encouraging customers to come by for double-point happenings.

How can I attract more customers?

By adding a Loyalty page to your website at the header, or footer, where people can find information.
