To change or set up loyalty rules:
Navigate to ‘Loyalty’
In your dashboard, navigate to ‘Loyalty’ and select ‘Tiers’ from the dropdown menu.
Create a New Tier
Once on the page for tiers, select the button ‘New tier’.
Begin by configuring the tier name, description, and image.
Ensure that you always configure the highest tier first.
Configure Terms
Click ‘Continue’ and select your terms.
Terms indicate what conditions a contact must meet to enter a certain tier.
Set Minimum Points for a Tier
To configure a minimum amount of points for a tier, select ‘Add Filter group’.
Then select ‘Contact’ as the type of filter, ‘Attributes’ as the option, and ‘Total credits received’ as the attribute.
Select ‘greater than or equal to’ as the operator and then enter the total amount of points required for entry into that tier.
Complete the Tier Setup
Click ‘Next’ to go to ‘Complete’. Your tier has now been created!
Create Additional Tiers
To configure another tier, navigate back to ‘Tiers’ and follow the steps above.
Note: In the list view of your tiers, your highest tier should always appear at the top of the list.
