Changing to your new loyalty program
Do you have an existing loyalty, marketing or CRM program that you would like to continue and improve with the dashboard? Not a problem! As long as you have collected the email addresses of your customers, you can continue to collect data and interact with them. Make sure to complete the following processes below to ensure a smooth transition to our system!

Make sure your existing customer data is in CSV form and you can import everything you already have to pick up right where you left off on your old program.
Complete your brand kit and color scheme in the settings page and pay attention to the formatting requirements!
Existing and outstanding cards (Gift Cards) or (Loyalty Cards)
Do you already use stamp cards or gift cards? Make sure your contact don’t miss a beat and have them keep their current balance from the old program.
Do you collect or have data types that are not already featured in our dashboard? Create custom attributes.
Send out a an email campaign notifying all members about the new system and include a seamless sign up process.
Now finish setting up all the features you want to use with the help center, and you are ready to go!
