About pending transaction notifications
Leat can automatically notify your team when there are pending gift card transactions that require review.
You can configure:
Which team members receive notifications.
Which days notifications are sent.
What time notifications are delivered.
This helps ensure pending transactions are reviewed promptly and aren't overlooked.
Configure notification settings
Navigate to Store → Gift Cards → Settings.
Click the Notification settings ⚙️ icon.
3. Select one or more team members who should receive the notifications.
4. Choose the days on which notifications should be sent.
5. Select the time the notification email should be delivered.
6.Click Submit.
Who should receive notifications?
We recommend sending notifications to team members responsible for monitoring gift card transactions, such as:
Store managers
Operations teams
Finance teams
Customer support
