Business App Capabilities

The business app is a stand-alone solution that allows handheld or tablet devices to link to your business dashboard so staff can take various loyalty actions. Staff can scan a customer's identifier to add points, redeem rewards or redeem vouchers. Staff can also scan gift cards to top up or redeem their value.

The business app applies these actions to your loyalty program in real time, but only within our system. Any corresponding action must still be completed by a staff member at your store.

For example, if a customer would like to redeem a reward, you can scan their loyalty card and redeem the reward however, the business app is not connected to your point-of-sale system to apply the discount or benefit to the bill. You would need to complete this action separately.
