Reward & Promotion Revenue Analytics

Written by Mishal Ahamed Ibrahim

You can now track the revenue generated by your Rewards and Promotions directly from the Leat Business Dashboard. This gives you a clear overview of how your loyalty campaigns are performing and the impact they have on completed orders.

Where to find it

  1. Go to Loyalty.

  2. Open Rewards or Promotions.

  3. Select the reward or promotion you'd like to review.

  4. Navigate to the Redemptions tab.

What you'll see

The Order Performance card provides key metrics for the selected reward or promotion, including:

  • Attributed Revenue – The total revenue generated from completed orders where the reward or promotion was redeemed.

  • Revenue Trend – A comparison with the previous date range.

  • Orders – The number of completed orders associated with the reward or promotion.

  • Contacts Redeemed – The number of unique customers who redeemed the reward or promotion.

  • Average Order Value (AOV) – The average value of the completed orders.

  • Discount Given – The total discount applied across those completed orders.

You can also use the date range picker to view performance over a custom period. By default, the dashboard displays data from the last 90 days.

Redemption Details

Within the Redemptions table, you'll also find:

  • The Order Amount for each redemption.

  • The Discount applied to each order.

This allows you to compare individual redemptions with the totals shown in the Order Performance card.

How the metrics are calculated

To ensure accurate reporting, the revenue analytics only include completed orders.

  • Only completed orders contribute to the revenue figures.

  • Orders that were started but never completed are not included in the revenue or discount calculations.

  • The Discount Given always reflects the discounts applied to the same completed orders that contribute to the revenue totals.

  • If multiple rewards or vouchers are redeemed within a single order, the order is only counted once.

Redemptions without an order

Some rewards may be redeemed without being linked to an order (for example, points redeemed directly at the counter).

In these cases:

  • The redemption will still appear in the Redemptions list.

  • The Order column will remain empty.

  • The redemption will not be included in the revenue, order count, or discount totals.

This ensures that the analytics only report measurable revenue directly linked to completed orders, rather than estimating the value of a reward or promotion.

Note: The Order Performance card is automatically hidden for rewards or promotions that are never associated with orders, keeping the interface clean and avoiding unnecessary zero-value metrics.
