Different benefits and features can be linked to an email so that every recipient automatically is rewarded the respective bonus. These can be located on the left hand side of the email designer under the ‘Content’ page. Fine the ‘Actions’ button and then press ‘Type of Valuable’ to make your selection. You can add 4 different valuables to an email. Vouchers, Points, Tokens and Giftcards.

When adding points or loyalty tokens to an email, make sure to fill out the credits and respective location they will correspond to.

To add a Giftcard to an email, you need to make sure you include the location, giftcard program, and value of the card. You also need to drag and drop the QR code and card number from the right side of the designer. Simply find the ‘Giftcard’ icon on the right and drag and drop it into your email design.

To add a Voucher, make sure you have first created the Voucher, then on the left hand side it will appear in the drop down list of available vouchers to add in the email. After this is completed, you can also find the ‘Voucher’ icon on the right to add the Voucher QR code and other info in your design.

Make sure to always press ‘Submit’ when finished configuring your email action to make sure it is saved!
