To start sending out Vouchers through Klaviyo, make sure that you have created the Voucher in Leat and finalised the POS and/or Webshop configuration.
Adding a Voucher to an Email
Make sure that you navigate to the email in which you want to add the Voucher. Could be for a retention flow, for example, or for a birthday!
Within the email editor, make sure to navigate to personalisation
Within the personalisation, you can find Leat Vouchers
Where you decide what information you want to add, such as the voucher code, expiration date, or name of the voucher. We'd always recommend including the voucher code.
Before you click on the personalisation you want to add, we have to specify which Object we want to show. So that Klaviyo knows which Leat voucher to show.
From there, Create a new Object Filter by clicking "Create" on the next page.
This will open the following screen:
In this filter, I'm specifying that the contact has to have a specific voucher in their profile in order for Klaviyo to recognize which code to share. From there, once we have set-up the object filter, we can add the code into the email by clicking on 'code". This will add the personalisation tag within our email that automatically inputs the correct voucher code.
You're all set. Now each time this email is used, it will show the code of that voucher.
