Once the integration is active, you will find the configuration options for each individual reward, or voucher, after selecting it and then navigating to the ‘custom attributes’ tab. This is where you can set up the logic of that voucher (or reward) on the Orderbilly platform.
Configuration Options
Please navigate to your reward, or voucher, and click on the Custom Attributes.
These are the configuration options:
orderbilly_dependent_product_amount
Input: Numeric amount of orderbilly_dependent products required before you get an item for free.
orderbilly_dependent_products
Input: If you specify a product here, if this product is within your cart and the "orderbilly_dependent_product_amount" product count is met; you will get the product filled in under "orderbilly_reward_products" for free.
orderbilly_discount_amount
Input: Numeric value of the discount
Explanation: Combined with discount_type this determines what the value of the discount is and how it is applied, as a percentage or fixed discount.
orderbilly_includes_paid_additions
Input: on / off
Explanation: If you want this reward to include paid additions, turn this setting on. If paid additions are to remain paid, turn this setting off.
orderbilly_product_amount
Input: Nummeric Value
Explanation: This determines how many products should be rewarded.
orderbilly_required on menu
Input: on / off
Explanation: If turned on, we only show items that are on the specific menu.
orderbilly_reward_products
Input: Choose menu products that are eligible for this reward
Explanation: This determines what product(s) are rewarded.
orderbilly_reward_Type
Input: Discount or Product
Explanation: This specifies what type of reward this is, a product reward, or a discount reward.
Setting up a Product Reward (or Voucher)
To set up a product reward, meaning that a customer will receive a product for Free, please set-up the configuration options as follows.
This example is for a Free Soft Drink.
Orderbilly_discount_amount
Set to: 100
Orderbilly_discount_type
Set to: Percentage
Orderbilly_product_amount
Set to: 1
To specify that only a single item is to be rewarded.
Orderbilly_required_on_menu
Set to: Yes (slider to the right)
Orderbilly_reward_products
Set to: Specify the items that you want to reward the customer here.
Orderbilly_reward_type
Set to: Product
Setting up a Discount Reward (or Voucher)
To set up a discount reward, meaning that a customer will receive a product with a fixed or percentage discount, please set-up the configuration options as follows.
This example is for a 5% discount.
Orderbilly discount amount
Set to: 5
This value is the discount you're giving when this reward, or voucher, is claimed.
